You made my day! Easy to make, one pot, taste good, easy clean-up. My pasta burned in the pot while waiting for them to be cooked fully.. This was so quick and so good. Tried this tonight — it was an absolute winner with everyone — even the kids! I do add salt and pepper though.

I also switched out the cream and milk with lactose free. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, dried pasta and cajun seasoning to pot. I used half and half, but regular milk would work as well.
